Located between the Chamartín and Salamanca districts, 300 m from Avenida de América, this apartment is in one of the best-connected areas of central Madrid, close to the airport and most of the city's tourist attractions. Near the Golden Mile, in a commercial and leisure area, it is ideal for short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.

This apartment is on the second floor, is exterior-facing and can accommodate 5 people. Designed and equipped to make efficient use of the space, it offers comfort and style thanks to high-end furniture and fittings.
The living-dining room has a single sofa bed, a table for 6 diners and practical folding bunk beds which, when closed, become a large desk. All the beds are equipped with 28cm viscoelastic mattresses.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has a breakfast bar with stools for 2 people and has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.
The bedroom, bright and cosy, is equipped with a double bed.
The apartment has two comfortable and modern bathrooms, both with a large shower with thermostatic control, unlimited hot water and a towel rail.
There is fibre optic internet, central heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
The building has 3 lifts and a goods lift, although to access the apartment, you have to climb a flight of stairs.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Transport:
Metro: Close to Cartagena station (400m) - (line 7) and Alfonso XIII station (400m) - (line 4)
Public parking: 50m away (C/ Clara del Rey, 32).

Important: for bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests must comply with the established rest period at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR which must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before arrival and follow the instructions provided carefully. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.

This property is located a few metres from Santa Ana Square and Puerta del Sol, in a pedestrian area where walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and Retiro Park are a few minutes' walk away.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with an elevator and with disabled access.
It has capacity for 4 people and consists of a room, a full bathroom and a courtesy toilet. Spacious and welcoming, it has all the amenities to ensure maximum comfort.
