Located between the districts of Chamartín and Salamanca, 300 m from Avenida de América, this apartment is situated in one of the best-connected areas of central Madrid, close to the airport and most of the city's tourist attractions. Near the Golden Mile, in a commercial and leisure area, it is ideal for short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.

This apartment is on the second floor, faces the exterior and has capacity for 5 people. Designed and equipped to make efficient use of space, it offers comfort and style thanks to high-end furniture and accessories.

The living-dining room has a single sofa bed, a table for 6 diners and practical folding bunk beds that, when closed, become a large desk. All beds are equipped with 28 cm viscoelastic mattresses.

The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has a breakfast bar with stools for 2 people and has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.

The room, bright and cosy, is equipped with a double bed.

The apartment has two comfortable and modern bathrooms, both with a large shower with thermostatic control, unlimited hot water and towel rail.

There is internet via fibre optic, central heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

The building has 3 lifts and a goods lift, although to access the apartment you have to climb a flight of stairs.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Transport:
Metro: near Cartagena station (400 metres) (line 7) and Alfonso XIII station (400 metres) (line 4)
Public parking: 50 metres away (C/ Clara del Rey, 32).

Important: for bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will be required.

Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests must comply with the established rest period at all times.

The registration process involves the mandatory online registration of each guest before accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in, between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM, involves a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

This apartment is located between Las Cortes and Plaza de Santa Ana, on a well-known street where vehicular traffic is restricted and walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Plaza de Las Cortes and the Royal Botanical Garden are just a 5-minute walk away. This area also offers a wide culinary offering, with international restaurants and traditional quality tapas bars. Anyone will feel at home and surrounded by all comforts.

The apartment:

The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful renovated building equipped with a spacious and modern elevator with disabled access. Decorated with design furniture inspired by the 1950s and well-chosen replicas of iconic pieces, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, air conditioning controlled by home automation in all rooms and high-quality insulation. The vibrant colors of the decoration, combined with wood, rugs and curtains, bring warmth to the environment.

With capacity for 5 people, it has 2 bedrooms and 1 en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has a single bed. Both have comfortable built-in wardrobes.

The dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed. The open kitchen has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom has a large shower.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

To take into account:

Works will be carried out in the storage rooms of the building, this will affect the apartments in the least possible way. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Our accommodation is located in one of the liveliest and most characterful areas of the city, surrounded by a wide range of bars, restaurants and venues that bring the neighbourhood to life, especially as night falls. Its privileged location will allow you to move around easily and have the best that the city has to offer just a few steps away: culture, gastronomy, entertainment and much more.

In such a dynamic environment with so much activity, some ambient noise may be perceived, especially during weekends. It is the ideal place for those who enjoy the urban atmosphere and want to be in the centre of everything.

This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not allowed.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
