Located on the well known Santa Ana Square, this is the perfect place for those who are willing to stay in the middle of Madrid´s historic and turistic centre. Although the apartment is surrounded by the most centric Metro stations, getting on the metro can be avoided. Within only a few minutes walk you can reach the main Museums (Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen), the most visited and emblematic turistic sites such as the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real or the Gran Vía –something like Madrid´s Broadway where you can find lots of theatres and cinemas- and neighbourhoods such as La Latina, famous for their cultural and night life.
Just cross the main door, walk any side down the street and Madrid is all there!
The Apartment
Ideal for a single traveller or a couple, this apartment will delight at first sight for its decoration, and will then surprise for its comfort. Specially designed to make this 25m2 studio in a place prepared till tha last detail so as to offer the most relaxed stay. With a very practical and a double bed, the main room is also equipped with a flat screen TV and WI FI Internet connexion and a fit sized modern kitchen. Everything in an apartment that has been designed and decorated with style and creativity. Located on a third floor, without elevator. Very inviting for staying, but the scene outdoors will present the most tempting offers: one of Madrid´s key sites.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
