Santa Ana Square is known in Madrid as one of the most visited and pleasant places in the city. Located right in the centre, we can walk to all the interesting sites in the city such as museums (Prado, Reina Sofía...) Puerta del Sol, the La Latina neighbourhood, Royal Palace and above all stopping at the incredible number of good places to taste Madrid's gastronomy and tapas.
In the Santa Ana III apartment we will be in a pleasant place decorated with taste and simplicity and with just going down to the street we will be in the heart of Madrid.
The Apartment:
Delicacy and good taste come together to make the Santa Ana Boutique apartment the ideal place, due to its comfort and warmth, both for a couple or a single visitor. Third floor without a lift.
It is a comfortable and simple apartment. This apartment has everything necessary; next to the bathroom with a glass shower and steel furniture, we have a small and modern custom-made ceramic hob kitchen.
In the living room-bedroom with a bed, which will also allow us to relax in it during the day, there is a small glass work table with a flat screen and furniture that combines rustic materials such as bamboo with other tastefully chosen metal elements
The apartment measures 25m2.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
Works will be carried out on the fourth floor of the building unrelated to MIT House. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
