The wonderful studio is located on the lower ground floor level of the building and has capacity for four people.
Designed and fitted out to make the best use of the space and offer guests the utmost in comfort, with top-quality furniture and fittings.
Is a spacious and adaptable loft to make optimal use of the space.
In the living-dining room layout it has a 2 body sofa and a table bar for 2.
In sleeping room layout it has a 160 x 200 cm wall bed with a 28 cm memory foam mattress and two folding beds.
The open-plan kitchen has all the electrical appliances and utensils you’ll need for a long stay.
It has a comfortable, modern bathroom with a large shower with temperature control, 250 liters of hot water and a towel warmer.
It has also a wonderful patio with a table for 4 peolple.
The apartment has a fibre-optic Internet connection and air conditioning.
The building has a lift.
Transport:
Metro: Next to stations; Diego de León (400m) – (lines 4-5-6) y Av. De América (500m) – (lines 4-6-7-9)
Parking public: 150m.
The apartment is about 22m2
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Estar en su semisotano , incomodo de acceso y muy metido en edificio, genera un poco de claustrofobia. L calidad del apartamento muy buena. Nos pensaríamos repetir si es en un semisotano. Gracias.
