For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation. Please note: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system.
Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times.

Located on a third floor, without lift.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard. -
