Upon entering, the first thing perceived is a sense of spaciousness, thanks to the open layout that integrates the kitchen, living room and bedroom with a comfortable double bed in a single environment.
Her elegant American kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art utensils and appliances. The living room has a double sofa bed and a Smart TV.
The studio also has a comfortable full bathroom with a shower, offering functionality, style and comfort to our guests.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Important: all check-ins to be carried out from 9:00 pm onwards have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment.
