This apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, between the Austrias neighbourhood and La Latina, in the oldest and most beautiful part of the city.
It enjoys an excellent location on Cascorro Square with Duque de Alba Street, a few metres from the Cebada Market, Toledo Street and Plaza Mayor. The Rastro, a traditional open-air market, is held on Sundays in the surroundings of the apartment. On this day, traffic is cut off until midday.
La Latina is a must-visit neighbourhood in Madrid. It is one of the most authentic places in the city, with tapas bars and restaurants and many sites of artistic interest. Strolling through its small streets is a true delight. From this area, it is very easy to reach the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Museum or the Botanical Garden with a pleasant walk.
