The proximity to the historic centre also facilitates visits to emblematic enclaves such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor or the Royal Palace.

For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
