Likewise, the studio has a comfortable full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and various appliances.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols

Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment.
