This apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, between the Austrias neighborhood and La Latina, in the oldest and most beautiful part of the city.
Enjoy an excellent location in Cascorro square with Duque de Alba street, a few meters from the Cebada Market, Toledo street and Plaza Mayor. The Rastro, a traditional open-air market, is held on Sundays in the surroundings of the apartment. On this day, traffic is cut off until noon.

La Latina is a must-visit neighbourhood in Madrid. It is one of the most authentic places in the city, with tapas bars and restaurants and many sites of artistic interest. Walking through its small streets is a true delight. From this area, it is very easy to reach the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Museum or the Botanical Garden with a pleasant walk.

The apartment:

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift that preserves its original aesthetic: it has only 5 apartments, all characterised by a traditional style and a great deal of charm.

The apartment has been renovated seeking the aesthetics and charm of the most cosy attic-style lofts. A perfect place for a family with children, or a couple looking for a special spot. It has 35 m2 very well used: each corner is designed to guarantee maximum comfort for groups of up to 4 people and enjoy a beautiful design, comfort and tranquillity. Highlighted are the decoration in the purest boho chic style, the furniture with combined colours with ethnic touches, the wallpaper and the natural materials that will enchant the apartment's guests.

Upon entering, you access the dining room with an integrated kitchen and a double sofa bed. An open wall separates the living room from the night area where the bed is located, thus creating two differentiated spaces that enjoy a bit more privacy.

The apartment has Internet, Smart TV, soundproofed windows and air conditioning in all its rooms.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

Remember that leaving rubbish in the apartment is not allowed. You will be charged €50 if you leave more than two bin bags in the apartment. Therefore, we ask you to take out the rubbish the night before your departure.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

The check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.

Located in the Avenida de América area near Francisco Silvela or María de Molina street. This is an excellent central location due to its good connection with any point in Madrid, both by road, as it is very close to the city's NE access, the A2, and by public transport, next to the Avenida de América interchange and metro station. A neighbourhood originally popular that in recent years has been highly demanded by young people thanks to an interesting real estate, leisure, culture, hospitality and good atmosphere offer. Very close to one of the most important study centres in the city, the IE, which attracts Master students from all over the world. A residential area with everything within reach and safe. Very close to the Salamanca or Chamartín neighbourhoods.
