Located in the Chamartín Neighbourhood, just 5 minutes from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, home of Real Madrid Football Club and a few minutes from Paseo de la Habana, one of the most sought-after streets with the most select properties in the city. A few metres away you will find the Chamartín Market, the highest quality market in the city, ideal for those who enjoy fresh or gourmet products, as strolling through its stalls or having an aperitif is a true delight that anyone will enjoy. It is an area where executive and residential environments coexist.
The studio is located in a residential building, with direct access from a very quiet street. It is a completely renovated studio of about 30 m2, with large safety windows. It has a double bed and a double sofa bed, giving a total capacity of 4 people. It has a full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped American kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and refrigerator.
It has air conditioning, electric radiators and a ceiling fan.
It has high-speed wifi and a smart TV.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 50 metres of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance. Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.

Enjoy an excellent location in Cascorro square with Duque de Alba street, a few meters from the Cebada Market, Toledo street and Plaza Mayor. The Rastro, a traditional open-air market, is held on Sundays in the surroundings of the apartment. On this day, traffic is cut off until noon.

Located in the Avenida de América area near Francisco Silvela or María de Molina street. This is an excellent central location due to its good connection with any point in Madrid, both by road, as it is very close to the city's NE access, the A2, and by public transport, next to the Avenida de América interchange and metro station. A neighbourhood originally popular that in recent years has been highly demanded by young people thanks to an interesting real estate, leisure, culture, hospitality and good atmosphere offer. Very close to one of the most important study centres in the city, the IE, which attracts Master students from all over the world. A residential area with everything within reach and safe. Very close to the Salamanca or Chamartín neighbourhoods.

The excellent studio is located on the semi-basement level of the building and has capacity for four people.
