A few minutes' walk away you will find some of Madrid's most iconic places, such as Plaza Mayor, San Miguel Market, the Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol and Madrid Río.
The neighbourhood stands out for its lively squares, terraces, traditional restaurants, markets, cafés and an excellent selection of tapas bars. The location boasts excellent public transport connections, with several metro stations and bus lines very close by, facilitating access to any point in the city.
This cosy studio has been designed to offer a comfortable, functional space with a contemporary style, where every detail has been carefully considered to guarantee a pleasant stay.

The studio features a comfortable double bed that provides a cosy space for rest, harmoniously integrated within the accommodation and accompanied by current and warm décor.

Mandatory online check-in: In compliance with current regulations, it will be necessary to complete the online check-in process through the Mit House app or webapp before arrival. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to collect the data required by the competent authorities. To access the accommodation, it will be essential to have a mobile phone with an internet connection.
Deposit: For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, once it has been verified that the accommodation is in the same condition as it was handed over.
Coexistence and rest: In order to guarantee the rest of neighbours and appropriate coexistence, the apartment may have a noise level monitoring system active 24 hours a day. This system does not record conversations or images; it only detects high noise levels. Guests must respect coexistence rules and rest times at all times.
Before arrival: We kindly request that you contact our team at least 48 hours before your arrival date and follow the instructions provided to complete the pre-check-in process. Mit House is not responsible for any delays in accessing the apartment resulting from failure to carry out this procedure in advance.

Nothing complicated in this apartment with everything necessary to make your stay as relaxed and pleasant as possible: the ceramic hob kitchen, - modern and fully equipped - the bathroom with glass shower and steel furniture, the double bed and also, internet connection. Everything to feel at home. Located on the third floor, without a lift.
