A quiet neighbourhood with lifelong neighbours surrounded by retail shops, restaurants, cafés and all types of shops that might be needed.
Just a few steps from Eva Perón Park, a green area in the city centre with sports facilities accessible to everyone. Also close to the Plaza de las Ventas or the ring road of Calle 30. Ideal for all types of people.
The Apartment:
A high-quality product, with a high-end design. This one-bedroom apartment with capacity for 4 guests is the ideal option for a perfect stay.
It has a main bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a double sofa bed in the living room.
This is a fully equipped accommodation, with features such as air conditioning and heating in all rooms of the apartment and independent hot water with a natural gas boiler, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary clothing and kitchen equipment.
Its great style and exquisite decoration, inspired by the latest trends in furniture and colour, are the key to a simply perfect stay.
