Located in a building with numerous high-quality apartments with surveillance and 24-hour physical concierge, 4 lifts, night-time rubbish collection and next to a public car park. The apartment also has optional private parking.
It is an apartment with a fantastic skyline of the northern area of the city as it is on the 15th floor and has a north-facing terrace with spectacular views of the mountain range, especially at night.
The apartment was completely refurbished in 2016, reforming both the structure and layout as well as its fittings with the finest qualities.
With capacity for 2 people, it has an independent bedroom, spacious living room with incorporated kitchen and work area with desk, as well as a bathroom with chromotherapy system (colour bath) in the shower, and toilet with independent tap of false bidet type.
The decoration has been designed with the greatest attention to detail and the furniture combines original high-quality modern pieces and design with valuable antique pieces. A perfect combination in line with the latest trends that will be a delight for its occupants.
The apartment also has internet, air conditioning and high-quality home cinema.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration for each guest prior to access to the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR.

On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.
