A nice and practical apartment conveniently located on the first floor of the building, without a lift.
As soon as you enter, you find the kitchen, which communicates with the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking. The living room, decorated with great taste, has a double sofa bed.
The night area consists of two double bedrooms that boast a beautiful design. They are equipped with a double bed each and have direct access to their own bathroom with a shower.
There is WiFi connection, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
The apartment does not have private parking. However, those travelling by car will find a public car park in front of the building.
The apartment measures 62m2.
