This apartment is located in the heart of the city, a few meters from the La Latina metro station.
La Latina is one of the best areas of Madrid to go for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at the Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
Apartment:
A nice and practical apartment conveniently located on the ground floor of the building.
As soon as you enter you will find the kitchen, which communicates with the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything you need to cook. The living room, decorated with great taste, has a double sofa bed.
The night area consists of two double bedrooms that have a beautiful design. They are equipped with a double bed each and have direct access to their own bathroom with shower.
There is Wi-Fi connection, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public parking within about 50 meters of the apartment.
The crib is subject to availability. Please give a maximum of 5 days notice.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
