This apartment is located right in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station.
La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are completely innovative. It is the ideal place to have appetisers on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
The Apartment:
A perfect apartment for large families or groups of friends due to its good layout.
It consists of five bedrooms with capacity for ten people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant experience.
The living room is an open space equipped with two sofas and poufs to relax. It has beautiful light thanks to its large street-facing balconies.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and has plenty of workspace thanks to its large island. A pleasure for those who wish to cook.
Two double bedrooms share a bathroom with direct access from each room. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and double washbasin separated by a door.
The third double bedroom faces an interior courtyard, to guarantee rest, and has a private bathroom.
The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and good storage space.
The third bathroom has a shower and features a beautiful design.
Located on the third floor of a building without a lift.
There is WiFi connection, heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment. For those travelling by car, there is a public car park in front of the building.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with 2 elevators and can accommodate 10 people. Designed and equipped to efficiently use space and offer maximum comfort, it features high-end furniture and equipment.
The living-dining room has an individual sofa bed and a fold-down double bed of 160x200. It has two tables for 10 diners and a wide breakfast bar with 3 stools. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable and extended stay.
The night area consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed and 4 bunk beds; 2 of them are foldable and create a wide desk. All beds have 28cm viscoelastic mattresses.
The apartment has 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms (one en suite), both with a spacious shower with thermostatic control, 500 litres of hot water and an electric towel rail.
The flat has fibre optic internet and air conditioning in all rooms.

This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift.
Entering, on the right-hand side, there is an open space with a kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking; a living room decorated with great taste and equipped with a sofa bed, and a lovely sitting area next to a dining room. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The night area has four double bedrooms, three of them with a double bed and one with two single beds.
It has two bathrooms with a shower.
There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.
