This apartment is located right in the centre of the city, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station.
La Latina is one of the best areas of Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do some shopping at the Rastro, a very varied open-air market.
The apartment:
A perfect apartment for large families or groups of friends due to its good layout.
It consists of five bedrooms with capacity for ten people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant experience.
The living room is an open space with two sofas and poufs to relax. It has a nice light thanks to its large balconies onto the street.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and has a lot of work space thanks to its large island. A pleasure for those who want to cook.
Two double bedrooms share a bathroom with direct access from each room. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and double sink separated by a door.
The third double bedroom overlooks an inner courtyard, to ensure rest, and has a private bathroom.
The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and good storage space.
The third bathroom has a shower and a beautiful design.
Located on the third floor of a building without a lift.
There is Wifi, heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment. For those travelling by car, there is a public car park in front of the building.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
