This flat is located in the heart of the city, a few metres from La Latina metro station.
La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do shopping at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
The apartment:
A perfect apartment for large families or groups of friends due to its good layout.
It consists of five bedrooms with capacity for ten people and offers its guests a comfortable and pleasant experience.
The living room is an open space equipped with two sofas and poufs to relax. It has a beautiful light thanks to its large street-facing balconies.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and has plenty of workspace thanks to its large island. A pleasure for those who wish to cook.
Two double bedrooms share a bathroom with direct access from each room. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and double washbasin separated by a door.
The third double bedroom overlooks an interior courtyard, to ensure rest, and has a private bathroom.
The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and good storage space.
The third bathroom has a shower and boasts a lovely design.
Located on the first floor of a building without a lift.
There is WiFi connection, heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment. For those travelling by car, there is a public car park in front of the building.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
