It is a neighbourhood in complete development with an impressive commercial offering and life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Maravillas market, one of the largest food markets in Europe where the city's best chefs can be found buying their products. An excellent location for students, executives, and also tourists.

It has two bedrooms, both with a very comfortable double bed, a bright and cozy living room with a double sofa bed, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning for cold/heat in all rooms.
