Although located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to its good insulation.
This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, with an area of 45 m², it has the perfect capacity for 5 people.
It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the bathroom with a shower, and the other with a single bed.
Upon entering, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room, with a comfortable sofa and a lovely sitting area next to a small dining room, with an open-plan kitchen, it is equipped with everything necessary, high-end appliances included: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation. The apartment is equipped with wifi, a great choice.

This property is located a few metres from Santa Ana Square and Puerta del Sol, in a pedestrian area where walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and Retiro Park are a few minutes' walk away.

La ubicación es muy buena, esta en una zona muy tranquila pero a la vez está muy cerca del metro por lo que llegas rápido a todas partes. Es bastante espacioso, cabíamos las 5 personas perfectamente.
