Description
This apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, five minutes from Gran Vía, San Bernardo Street and Plaza de España, in a young and very trendy neighbourhood surrounded by shops, restaurants and charming cafés.
From the apartment it is possible to visit most of Madrid's points of interest on foot: starting a route from Callao Square, you can walk to Puerta del Sol, have a tapa at Plaza Mayor and from there explore the neighbourhoods of La Latina and Las Letras until reaching the Prado Museum.
The apartment:
A very bright duplex apartment, with capacity for 6 people.
The most striking feature of this apartment is undoubtedly the dedication with which it has been decorated and furnished, so that those who occupy it feel at home... or even better!
It is located in an old building very well preserved and equipped with a lift from the mezzanine.
On the ground floor, we find a comfortable lounge with a double sofa bed and a cheerful kitchen, all integrated into a modern open space characterised by original decorative details: the golden frame around the television, the world map on the wall or the trendy pop cushions... everything contributes to creating interiors with charm and personality.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Attic-style and very quiet, both have built-in wardrobe, bedside table and full-length mirror.
On the same floor, there is a complete bathroom with a bathtub and a peaceful private terrace, the ideal spot to enjoy the best view of Madrid's rooftops.
The apartment is equipped with Internet and air conditioning in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
To be taken into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The delivery of the apartment keys will be done directly in our offices at Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, ground floor, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
If arriving after 7:00 PM, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly in the apartment for key handover.
The check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR in cash.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
