Its location is perfect as it is just a few steps from the Antón Martín metro station, which is the one used for the Barrio de Las Letras, Atocha or Reina Sofía as well. From the apartment, you can walk to all the museums in the city, to Atocha station in 5 minutes, and also very close to Puerta del Sol or Plaza Mayor.

One of the rooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed available.

We especially highlight the choice of hexagonal hydraulic floors in grey tones combined with spectacular wooden floors and exposed brick on the back wall with its wooden beams that highlight the age of the home. In contrast, modern bets such as the kitchen, fully equipped, the bathrooms in white tones with unique tiling, or the geometric murals in Nordic style in the bedrooms.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms with built-in heat.
