The Apartment:
This extraordinary sustainable apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, has an independent entrance and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It is powered solely by renewable energies (solar, hydroelectric and wind), air-conditioned using aerothermal technology and meeting the strictest sustainability requirements. The apartment is very close to an electric bicycle rental station. Enjoy your stay knowing that your ecological footprint is minimal.
Its wide windows allow the entry of abundant natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In addition, we have integrated plants both inside and outside, bringing freshness and life to the space, which offers a unique and extraordinarily pleasant experience.
An oasis of comfort and good style. It has a large entrance hall that leads to the modern and spacious American-style kitchen equipped with all kinds of appliances. The space encompasses an elegant living-dining room with Smart TV and plenty of natural light. It has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom with shower. Likewise, it has a third bathroom with shower in the common areas and a second living room that serves as a third bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed, accessed by a staircase.

Air source heat pump with underfloor heating/cooling and WiFi in all rooms of the apartment.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Located in the heart of the Salamanca neighbourhood, one of the most sought-after areas in Madrid. Surrounded by the city's most important avenues and close to the exit towards Adolfo Suarez Barajas airport.
This apartment is located in a central and high-end residential area, next to the Business Institute and other important business centres, making it a particularly suitable choice for monthly work stays.

The apartment is located in a renovated building. It is interior and has a view of a characteristic inner courtyard with a gallery.
Although it may not be large, its spaces are very well distributed and allow accommodation for 6 people in two double rooms and a living room with a sofa bed.
