The living-dining room has an individual sofa bed and a fold-down double bed of 160x200. It has two tables for 10 diners and a wide breakfast bar with 3 stools. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable and extended stay.
The night area consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed and 4 bunk beds; 2 of them are foldable and create a wide desk. All beds have 28cm viscoelastic mattresses.
The apartment has 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms (one en suite), both with a spacious shower with thermostatic control, 500 litres of hot water and an electric towel rail.
The flat has fibre optic internet and air conditioning in all rooms.

Design, quality and comfort
This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at the Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift.
Entering, on the right-hand side, there is an open space with a kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking; a living room decorated with great taste and equipped with a sofa bed, and a lovely sitting area next to a dining room. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The night area has four double bedrooms, three of them with a double bed and one with two single beds.
It has two bathrooms with a shower.
There is WiFi connection, heating and partial air conditioning in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
