The location of this apartment is perfect: it is within walking distance of Madrid's major museums, Plaza de la Cibeles, Retiro Park, Puerta del Sol and is very well connected by public transport to other places of interest in the city.
The apartment:
This high-end apartment has a special charm, not only because of its 160 m² of space that make it an accommodation with spacious and welcoming areas, but also because of its exquisite decoration and great atmosphere. It also has 4 balconies overlooking the street where you can enjoy the street atmosphere.
It has capacity for 6 people distributed across 3 bedrooms.
Upon entering, you access a kitchen-diner with great charm, characterised by a spacious dining table and chairs in the French style. On the left is the first bedroom, with 2 single beds and a balcony overlooking the street. A sliding door connects this bedroom with the lounge, a large bright space with sofa, chaise longue and pouffe for the rest of all guests. The second bedroom has a double bed, the main one has a double bed and has access to a large dressing room and a spectacular bathroom with shower and independent bathtub (the bathroom is also accessible from the lounge).
From the kitchen there is access to a toilet equipped with a washing machine.
This non-smoking apartment features wonderful wooden floors and wireless Internet service.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
The handover of the apartment keys will take place directly at our offices on Augusto Figueroa Street 4, ground floor, between 15:00 and 19:00.
In case of arriving after 19:00, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for key handover.
Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 21:00 and 02:00 have an additional cost of €70 to be paid in cash to the person who receives you at the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.
