Only 50 m from Calle Alcalá in the Salamanca neighbourhood, one of the safest and most sought-after districts in the centre of Madrid, within easy reach of the main sights, with plenty of shops and entertainment options and right by the "Milla de Oro", featuring the city’s most exclusive boutiques.
Ideal for discovering the city on a short break or longer stay for business or pleasure.
The Apartment:
This apartment is on the third floor and can sleep four.
Designed and fitted out to make the best use of the space and offer guests the utmost in comfort, with top-quality furniture and fittings.
There is one double bedroom and there are two folding beds in the living room.
The living-dining room has a three-person sofa and dining table for four.
The open-plan kitchen has all the electrical appliances and utensils you’ll need for a long stay.
It has a comfortable, modern bathroom with a large shower with temperature control, 250 litres of hot water and a towel warmer.
The washing machine is on the landing and is shared with the Salamanca Confort IV apartment. No one else in the building has access to it and it is behind a locked door.
The apartment has a fibre-optic Internet connection, air conditioning throughout and top-quality memory foam mattresses.
There are some stairs to access to the lift.
Transportation:
Metro: Next to Manuel Becerra (60m). lines 2(Sol, Palacio Real) – 6(Real Madrid, Bernabéu).
Public Parking: a 50m.
BiciMAD: Station #108, 50m.
The apartment is 35 m2.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Es un espacio pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado. La estancia en el apartamento fue buena y la atención por parte de la empresa también, ya que durante los días de estancia, el viernes noche (23:30-24:00) al volver al apartamento las llaves electrónicsee more
Es un espacio pequeño pero muy bien aprovechado. La estancia en el apartamento fue buena y la atención por parte de la empresa también, ya que durante los días de estancia, el viernes noche (23:30-24:00) al volver al apartamento las llaves electrónicas no nos abrían, nos pusimos en contacto con el teléfono de urgencia e intentaron abrirlas a distancia, al no poder enviaron a una persona con las llaves que llegó en unos 30 minutos. Al día siguiente nos pusimos en contacto de nuevo con la empresa y enviaron un técnico a revisar todas las cerraduras y a pesar de solucionarlo nos dejaron un juego de llaves por si volvíamos a tener problemas, cosa que no ocurrió.
