Ideal for enjoying the city with family, for short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.
The apartment:
It is on the third floor and has a capacity for 5 people.
It has been designed and equipped to efficiently utilise spaces and offer maximum comfort. Complete high-end furniture and equipment.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds.
For the guests' comfort, when occupancy is lower, the apartment has been furnished with folding bunk beds that create a spacious desk. By enhancing the spaciousness of the environments, versatile, pleasant, and cosy rooms are obtained.
The living-dining room has an individual sofa bed for the fifth occupant and also has a table for 6 diners.
The kitchen integrated into the living room has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable and extended stay.
It has 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms, with spacious showers.
The flat is equipped with fibre optic internet, air conditioning in all rooms. Building with a lift.

Transport: At the metro stations you mention Lista (400m) and Diego de León (300m), but I would add Manuel Becerra (300m), which is closer than Lista and adds line 2 that goes to Sol and/or Ventas (300m) and has lines 2 and 5. It is really in the centre of those 4 stations, none of them are right next to it, but all 4 are very close. It has access to lines 2-4-5-6. By mentioning Diego de León (4-5-6) and Manuel Becerra (2) you already have the same lines.
The flat measures 40 m2.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

This apartment is located between Las Cortes and Plaza de Santa Ana, on a well-known street where vehicular traffic is restricted and walking will be a true delight. The Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Plaza de Las Cortes, and the Royal Botanical Garden are just a 5-minute walk away.
