The RUBIK apartments are located in the Alcalá Norte area, near the intersection of Calle Alcalá and Calle Arturo Soria, an originally popular Madrid neighbourhood known as Pueblo Nuevo that has increasingly adapted to the times with new housing developments for younger people looking for well-connected areas close to the city centre and their workplaces. Calle Alcalá, just a few metres from the apartment, is not only Madrid's longest avenue but is also full of life and has local shops and very popular brand stores.
The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of major television production studios, large administrative centres and important companies, as well as being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Centre. Due to its good connections, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reach Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid in just a few minutes and directly. All this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy your stay in the city at a good price for short stays and for months.

Your stay in this apartment will be ideal, as the accommodation is of high quality and has been equipped and decorated with great care and affection.
Located on the 4th floor of this building with a lift, a 37 square metre apartment with capacity for 3 people distributed in a bedroom, living room, study and a full bathroom with a shower. An apartment made with a lot of love by and for people who are looking for a cosy place to stay.
The magnificent living room has a dining area and a relaxation area with a comfortable single sofa bed and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and other accounts. The living room is very bright thanks to its wide wall-to-wall window. The modern kitchen is integrated into the living room and is fully equipped with everything you need.
From the living room, the hallway leads to the rest of the house. The bedroom is very elegant and makes good use of the space, with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a very quiet study with a large desk and a wardrobe. The windows on the bedroom side overlook the inner courtyard and face south, so the bedroom is very quiet and has plenty of natural light.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
