Moreover, just a few metres away is the Retiro Park, one of the city's green lungs and at the same time one of Madrid's quintessential tourist attractions.
From the apartment, it is really quick and easy to move to other points in the city thanks to its privileged location from where one can walk or move by public transport.
The Apartment:
This charming apartment is located on the first floor of the building and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The comfortable living room has a spacious sofa, Smart TV and also integrates the dining area, with capacity for four diners.
The beds in this accommodation are distributed in two comfortable rooms: one of them with a double bed and the second with a single nest-type bed, from which a second individual bed can be unfolded in the lower part, depending on the space needs during your stay. The floor also has a spacious full bathroom with a shower.
The modern and elegant decoration with a minimalist and very clean style generates an atmosphere of comfort and perfect cosiness for a pleasant stay. Its spacious kitchen has all the necessary equipment and appliances for an extraordinary stay, as well as a table with two chairs to enjoy this stay at any time of the day.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
All check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR in cash.
