It is fully equipped with all appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer and etc. The kitchen is connected to a cosy and bright living room with plasma TV with the possibility of connecting your Netflix, HBO, Prime accounts. Both bedrooms, located on the upper floor and on the floor below the main floor, have two very comfortable double beds, and in the living room there is a double sofa bed at the client's disposal. The great advantage of the apartment is the en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms.

The apartment is a triplex with direct access from the street and stairs with quite a steep slope to access the upper floor and the lower floor through.
The apartment is equipped with a water tank for hot water and its duration will be linked to the content of the thermos that will need recharging once it ends.

The good thing about this apartment is that you can walk to all the museums in the city and to Atocha station, from which you can travel by train to many points in Spain. The Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are also very close.
The apartment is very practical, located on the first floor of a building with a lift. It is an interior apartment, which means it is characterized by being a very quiet place where you can rest.
As soon as you enter, you will find a modern kitchen fully equipped and open to the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, oven and everything necessary to cook during your stay in Madrid. The living room has a double sofa bed.
