Its proximity to the M-30 motorway also facilitates access to the neighbourhood by car, and it has an excellent connection to the centre and the rest of the city by public transport, such as the Avenida de América metro and bus interchange.
The apartment:
This cosy and very bright apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate up to six guests.
Its modern design provides a pleasant atmosphere in all its rooms. The living room has a double sofa bed, a superb designer chair, a smart TV and an attractive decoration that brings warmth to the space.
The dining area, which also has a television, is located in a separate area that invites you to enjoy meals and after-meal conversations in good company. The spacious and modern kitchen, which in turn integrates the dining area, is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
The floor has two excellent and spacious rooms with a double bed, a comfortable full bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
The apartment has air conditioning.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
