Description
Located in the Avenida de América area next to Francisco Silvela or María de Molina streets. It is a great central location due to its good connection to any point in Madrid, both by road, as it is very close to the NE access to the city, the A2, and by public transport, next to the interchange and metro station Avenida de America. A neighborhood originally popular that in recent years is being highly demanded by young people thanks to an interesting real estate offer, leisure, hospitality culture and good atmosphere. Very close to one of the most important study centers in the city, IE, which is attended by Master's students from all over the world. A residential area with everything within reach and safe. A very short distance from the Barrio de Salamanca or Chamartín.

Apartment:
The apartment is very practical and cozy and is located on the ground floor of the building. As soon as you enter, you will find a living room with a well used and comfortable kitchen. The kitchen area can be separated from the living room with a curtain. The apartment has all kinds of necessary appliances: washing machine, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and etc. The night area consists of a double bedroom with a beautiful design. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed and has direct access to a modern bathroom.
There is Wi-Fi connection, heating and air conditioning in all the facilities.
The apartment measures 20m2.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
