The apartment:
This apartment is located in a building without a lift that has been completely renovated in 2019. The renovation carried out has made great efforts to preserve and highlight the original construction elements that are part of Madrid's tradition and charm.
The apartment is on the third floor and can accommodate 6 people.
Characterised by an impeccable innovative design, it surprises with its aesthetics and great comfort.
It has 2 bedrooms separated by glass partitions up to the ceiling that give spaciousness to the space. At night, curtains ensure maximum privacy. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and two single beds respectively. The living room has a double sofa bed.
There is one bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities: wifi, air conditioning and independent heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...
For a stay of pure luxury.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park approximately 180 metres from the apartment.

Located in the heart of the Salamanca neighbourhood, one of the most sought-after areas in Madrid. Surrounded by the city's most important avenues and close to the exit towards Adolfo Suarez Barajas airport.
This apartment is located in a central and high-end residential area, next to the Business Institute and other important business centers, which makes it a particularly suitable choice for monthly work stays.

The apartment is located in a renovated building. It is interior and has a view of a characteristic inner courtyard with gallery.
Although it does not have a large size, its spaces are very well distributed and allow accommodating 6 people in two double rooms and a living room with sofa bed.
The smallest room, very versatile, can be used as an office or as a bedroom since it has been equipped with a folding bunk bed and a folding work table. This room has a window that looks out onto another inner courtyard.
The main bedroom, with a simple and cosy style, has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.

Arriving to the location is very easy from the metro, and is excellent walking distance to all major points in Madrid. The apartment is close to the Calle atocha which has a ton of great places to eat, and it’s in the center making it equidistant frosee more
Arriving to the location is very easy from the metro, and is excellent walking distance to all major points in Madrid. The apartment is close to the Calle atocha which has a ton of great places to eat, and it’s in the center making it equidistant from old Madrid and modern Madrid. The apartment is small however for a group of three girls it was great. The large table in the middle of the apartment was a great gathering place. The smart tv was great for downtime, had plenty of apps and music. The 1/2 bath is very tiny and was only used when necessary so don’t count on it being super functional but the main bathroom has plenty of space and a large shower. The bedrooms are small, one with no wardrobe storage however the second has three areas. I don’t suggest this apartment for more than 3 adults, but 2 adults and several kids or teenagers should fit just fine. Kitchen is completely functional, with a washer. The water is very hot and the heater works well.
