This apartment is located in a building without a lift that has been completely renovated in 2019. The renovation carried out has made great efforts to preserve and highlight the original construction elements that are part of Madrid's tradition and charm.
The apartment is on the third floor and can accommodate 4 people.
Characterised by an impeccable innovative design, it surprises with its aesthetics and great comfort.
It has a bedroom with a double bed separated from the living room by a glass partition up to the ceiling that gives spaciousness to the space. At night, curtains ensure maximum privacy. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed.
The bathroom has a shower.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities: wifi, air conditioning and independent heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...
For a stay of pure luxury.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park approximately 180 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
