Located next to Atocha Street. Just a few minutes' walk from Calle Mayor, the Paseo de Recoletos or Plaza de Santa Ana. A very fashionable area as it is in the midst of renovation. Among its streets, the lifelong people of Madrid and the most typical places in the city are mixed with the trendiest hotels and hostels, or shops, cafes, theatres and restaurants of all kinds.
The Apartment:
This apartment is part of a building fully renovated in 2019 without a lift, where great effort has been made to preserve and give shine and colour to the original construction elements that are part of the tradition and charm of Madrid.
The apartment is located on the first floor.
The apartment, with an impeccable innovative design, will surprise you with its aesthetics, comfort and great luxury. Access is through a direct door to the apartment. It has 2 separate bedrooms separated by floor-to-ceiling glass partitions that can be darkened with floor-to-ceiling curtains, giving the space an open feel. A full bathroom with shower. Accommodating up to 6 people, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment has all the amenities, Wifi, air conditioning and independent heating, Smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine.
For a truly luxurious stay.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 180 metres of the apartment.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
