Description
In addition to being the most attractive area of the city due to its buildings, streets, antique shops and atmosphere, Las Letras is just a few steps away from the Prado Museum, Recoletos Promenade, the Courts, the Neptune Fountain and many other must-visit places in Madrid.
The apartment:
This apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. Its main attraction lies in the luminosity provided by the 7 balconies facing the street; something very unusual that will allow you to enjoy the most authentic atmosphere of Madrid from the heights.
Like any old house of this category, it has a spacious entrance hall that leads to the long corridor from which each room derives. Three of the bedrooms and the living room have balconies facing the street; the kitchen and bathrooms are interior, as is a fourth, smaller bedroom.
This large apartment has capacity for 8 people, distributed in 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with two separate beds each.
The living room, spacious and bright, is divided into two rooms separated by wooden doors.
The decoration, conservative and respectful of the original character of the dwelling, features many antique pieces of great sentimental and artistic value that, combined with more modern pieces, give the environments an elegant and sober touch.
The apartment has 2 simple but practical bathrooms and a spacious fully equipped kitchen, equipped with a table and chairs.
There is air conditioning and Internet in all rooms.

Location was great. The apartment was of a decent size and as advertised had 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Rooms were clean and bedding and towels were present. Rooms are on the 3rd floor but there is a working elevator to help bring luggage up.

The kitchen did not have very many glasses - for a 4 bedroom apartment, one would expect to see a few more glasses wine glasses would have been nice.
