The Apartment:
A beautiful penthouse with a terrace for two people. Perfect for any visit to Madrid and especially for long stays due to its great comfort. The apartment has an independent bedroom and a living room with access to a wonderful terrace with the best orientation and sun almost all day, with outdoor furniture and a removable awning, so it can be enjoyed all year round. A luxury!
The apartment decoration is ideal, quality furniture and great elegance in pastel tones, with great attention to all the small details to make it a comfortable and very practical place. A king-size double bed of 1.80 cm, convertible to 2 single beds. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer in addition to all small appliances.
An apartment with air conditioning, and protected with Climalit windows, quiet, and warm. Equipped with internet and the latest audiovisual technology, smart TV and 3D. A real luxury that you won't find anywhere else. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 50 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
