The Apartment:
Located in a building with numerous high-quality apartments with 24-hour physical surveillance and concierge, 4 lifts, night-time rubbish collection and next to a public car park. The apartment also has an optional private parking.
It is an apartment with a fantastic skyline of the northern area of the city as it is on the 15th floor and has a north-facing terrace with spectacular views of the sierra, especially at night.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, reforming both its structure and layout as well as its equipment with the highest qualities.
