Description
La Latina is a must-visit neighbourhood in Madrid. It is one of the most authentic places in the city, with tapas bars and restaurants and many sites of artistic interest. Strolling through its small streets is a true delight. From this area, it is very easy to reach the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Museum or the Botanical Garden with a pleasant walk.
The apartment:
The apartment is located on the third floor of a recently renovated building (2016) with a lift that preserves its original aesthetic: it has only 5 apartments, all characterised by a traditional style and tremendous charm.
The apartment has been renovated seeking comfort and modernity of spaces, also taking advantage of its great luminosity. It has capacity for 7 people distributed in 3 bedrooms, one with a large window overlooking the square and the other two with windows facing the interior. There are two full bathrooms and an additional toilet.
They highlight the decoration in the purest boho chic style, the furniture in combined colours with ethnic touches, the wallpaper and natural materials that will make the apartment's guests fall in love.
The living room with integrated kitchen is very spacious: it has 3 large windows with a balcony overlooking Cascorro square and a comfortable sofa bed.
The apartment has Internet, Smart TV, soundproofed windows and air conditioning in all main rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
The best choice.
Remember that leaving rubbish in the apartment is not permitted. You will be charged €50 if you leave more than two bin bags in the apartment. Therefore, we ask you to take out the rubbish the night before your departure.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
