The Apartment:
The NoMad Loft II apartment is located in a typical 1950s building in which only its facade has been preserved, offering you all the amenities of the most modern building. All apartments in the building have air conditioning in all their spaces.
Magnificent 80 m2 loft-style apartment recently fully renovated, consisting of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en-suite, both with magnificent built-in showers. It features a spacious and modern living-dining room and an American kitchen equipped with all appliances. It also has a private 12 m2 patio that gives the flat extraordinary luminosity and charm.
With capacity to accommodate up to 6 people distributed in a double bed, two single beds and a large sofa bed.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
