With ideal balconies overlooking the iconic Plaza Santa Ana, the apartment is bright, warm and fresh throughout the day. It has 3 spacious bedrooms with a comfortable double bed in each and two comfortable and spacious bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The large living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, two modern and minimalist armchairs and a TV. The modern kitchen, on the other hand, is the perfect size for sharing with the family, is fully equipped and has a large window that provides light and freshness.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with a lift.
Air conditioning only in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

The apartment: The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a beautifully renovated building with a large and modern elevator with disabled access. Decorated with 1950s-inspired designer furniture and well-chosen iconic replicas, it has marble floors, underfloor heating, home automation-controlled air conditioning in all rooms and high-quality insulation.
