Located in the highly sought-after residential and business neighbourhood of Salamanca, where you’ll find all the famous multinational stores. The apartment is right by Calle Goya and Calle Ortega y Gasset, a major central avenue, and is surrounded by lots of bars, restaurants and other services.
It’s easy to get anywhere in the city on foot or by public transport to see all the major sights, including El Parque del Retiro, La Plaza de Colón, Calle Serrano and La Castellana.
The apartment:
Located in a refurbished modern building with a concierge and a lift, this comfortable apartment is in an unbeatable location.
Although inward facing, it is flooded with natural light, since both the living room and bedroom have windows overlooking a huge inner courtyard.
It can sleep three and is laid out as follows: the main door opens onto a corridor that leads to a bathroom with shower and bidet, a bedroom and a living-dining room with open-plan kitchen.
The apartment boasts a neutral, Nordic style in light colours and lots of natural wood.
The bedroom has two twin beds, a fitted wardrobe and TV.
The living room has a 120 cm wide sofa bed, flat-screen TV and dining table that seats four.
The open-plan kitchen can be closed off behind a sliding door.
There is Internet and air conditioning.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
