This apartment is located right in the heart of Madrid, in Calle Fuencarral, just 3 minutes away from the much sought-after Gran Vía and close to the Chueca, Malasaña and La Latina districts. Calle Fuencarral is a pedestrian street surrounded by a great variety of restaurants and shops of all major
international brands.
The apartment:
Large-sized, tastefully decorated and perfectly laid out. A hard-to- beat accommodation with a 300 m2 surface and a wonderful terrace located on the top-floor of a heritage listed building with a lift.
With a capacity of 11 people, it features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and an additional guest bathroom, 2 large living rooms, a separate kitchen and a beautiful terrace for guests to enjoy Madrid’s sunny days in great comfort.
The common areas of the apartment and the master bedroom are located on the ground floor. On entering the apartment to the right, guests will find a huge living room comprising three different areas, each with its own special character, embellished by two superb palm trees that bring in a natural, fresh touch to this section of the house. The living room is flooded with light and has access to a terrace provided with artificial grass and a bench for sitting back and relaxing.
To the left, there is a beautiful vintage-style kitchen: decorated with wallpaper and provided with a huge dining table, this room looks and feels magazine worthy. Next to it, there is a very large TV room, equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa for 7 people and a large Smart TV. The TV room gives access to a bright and very quiet master bedroom boasting two separate walk-in closets and a four-poster bed (160 x 200 cm). This room has a huge private bathroom with a separate toilet and a round bathtub.
Back by the main entrance, guests will find a huge iron staircase leading up to the second floor, where a large corridor distributes 4 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are two double bedrooms with a 150 x 200 cm bed each, a triple with 3 single beds and a double with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have been designed and decorated with maximum comfort in mind: headboards,
nightstands, lamps, beds, mattresses… everything has been carefully chosen according to the highest standards. All bedrooms are provided with either wardrobes or shelves. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower and bathtub.
The baby crib is subject to availability.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
