It combines architectural history with modern life, offering a wide range of activities for visitors, among which the well-known “Madrid Broadway” stands out due to the concentration of theaters and cinemas; in addition to iconic references such as Plaza de Callao, Plaza de España, Puerta del Sol and dozens of bar and restaurant options. Apartment: This spacious and bright apartment with space for up to 9 people is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, which makes it accessible and convenient for any family. It has two spacious rooms. One of them has a sofa and integrates the dining area, while the second living room stands out for its three beautiful French-style balconies that offer views of the main street and a comfortable large sofa to share moments with the whole family. It consists of four bedrooms divided as follows: the main one offers a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower, and also has a spacious loft accessible by stairs that lead to a space specially designed for work; the second bedroom has a spacious double bed; The third room offers a cozy space with two single beds and a loft accessible by stairs that also has a double bed, ideal for small families who want to share the space; while the fourth bedroom consists of a single bed with a toilet and shower, perfect for privacy. In addition, the apartment has an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring that all guests have enough space for toileting. For its part, the modern, fully equipped kitchen has a luxurious island with a ceramic hob and a natural vertical wall that together provide an atmosphere of comfort and luxury to the space. This accommodation has WIFI, crib, heating and air conditioning in all rooms, and 3 televisions (one in the living room and two in the bedrooms). Both rooms have beautiful lighting throughout the day, thanks to their impressive windows that also serve as entrance doors to a splendid terrace completely furnished with armchairs and a dining table for six people. As an antechamber to the kitchen area, there is a living room with a smart TV and a double sofa bed, which invites relaxation thanks to its cozy atmosphere. For its part, the spacious independent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and an elegant wooden countertop with six chairs to ensure comfort and convenience for our guests. This spectacular accommodation has five bedrooms: the main bedroom has a stunning four-poster double bed and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub en suite. Two other rooms have two comfortable single beds each. The fourth bedroom consists of a spacious double bed, a pleasant reading area, and private access to the bright terrace of the floor. For its part, the fifth room has a single bed and a private bathroom with a shower. Likewise, the floor has three other full bathrooms: two of them with a shower and the third with a shower and bathtub. The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November according to the protocols established by the community.
