In the neighborhood of Las Cortes - one of the most traditional and historically rich areas of the central district, known for its impressive architecture and extensive cultural and gastronomic offerings - are located points of interest such as the Círculo de Bellas Artes, the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, the ICO Museum of Art and Architecture Exhibitions, the famous Cibeles Fountain, the iconic Puerta de Alcalá, or the Retiro Park.
Thanks to its excellent location, our guests can enjoy just minutes walking from some of the most emblematic and photographed places such as Puerta del Sol, the Royal Post Office, headquarters of the Madrid City Hall and whose bells mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain or the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree.
Additionally, it allows for an excellent connection with the rest of the city via public transportation, highlighting the Metro stations of Banco de España and Sevilla and the many bus lines that depart from that area.
The apartment
This elegant apartment is located in a completely renovated building with an elevator and can accommodate up to nine guests.
The spacious living room, carefully decorated and with beautiful lighting throughout the day thanks to its three impressive panoramic windows, features a comfortable sofa and a living area with a single sofa bed.
Its spacious independent kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances to ensure comfort and convenience for our guests.
It has four bedrooms specially designed to ensure maximum comfort: two of them with a double bed and the remaining two with two single beds each. On the floor, there are a total of three modern full bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite in the main bedroom, and a toilet.
The apartment has WiFi and underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
The crib is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November according to the protocols established by the community.
To keep in mind:
We inform you that due to the City Council carrying out minor works on Madrazo Street, it remains closed to traffic. These works do not cause annoying noise in the accommodation. The works will remain active until further notice, thank you for your understanding.
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
