It is a residential neighbourhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscape space populated with almond trees and cedars that surround a century-old palace. In the area, there is also the Canillejas park, which has an open-air auditorium where music concerts and cultural festivals are held; and the Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium, training base for the famous Atlético Madrid football team.
Likewise, this area has a quick and comfortable connection with the centre of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to the Canillejas bus interchange and the Torre Arias and Canillejas metro stations (direct line to Gran Vía).
The apartment:
This spacious 136 square metre apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift and can accommodate up to seven people.
The spacious modern-style living room has an excellent balcony with an exterior view, a comfortable six-seater sofa, two designer armchairs, and a smart TV, offering comfort and convenience. This space in turn integrates the dining area and a superb open American-style kitchen, equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary to provide a pleasant experience for our guests.
It has four comfortable bedrooms specially decorated to offer a cosy and relaxed atmosphere: one with two single beds, two with a double bed and another with a single bed. All bedrooms decorated with a modern and elegant style offer a welcoming atmosphere for a good rest.
This excellent flat also has three spacious full bathrooms with shower, which guarantees greater practicality and comfort.

Important: renovation works will be carried out in one of the property's apartments until autumn 2024.

Modern and comfortable, a few minutes from Azca- Financial District
Located in the Cuatro Caminos area in the Tetuán district, a popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the northern part of the city with a great deal of tradition. It is a building situated very close to Bravo Murillo street and Reina Victoria avenue, which has an excellent location especially for those visitors travelling to Madrid for periods of time, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the Torre Picasso is located, an emblematic skyscraper of the city; the Corte Inglés on the Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.
