Its exceptional location in the center of Madrid allows you to reach many of the city's most emblematic places in just a few minutes, such as Gran Vía with its hundreds of businesses and iconic buildings; the Royal Palace and Cathedral of Santa María la Real de la Almudena; Spain Square; or the Puerta del Sol, where the Royal Mail House is located, whose chimes mark the beginning of the New Year in Spain and the famous sculpture of the Bear and the Strawberry Tree, a symbol of Madrid for residents and tourists.
This neighborhood also has an excellent public transport connection with the entire central district and the rest of the city, highlighting its proximity to the San Bernardo Plaza de España and Noviciado Metro stations and the dozens of bus lines that pass through area.
Apartment:
This spacious apartment with five practical bedrooms is located on the ground floor of a building and can accommodate ten guests.
Its cozy atmosphere guarantees a pleasant stay for all its occupants. The common area of the apartment is highlighted by an elegant and modern dining table with space for 10 people, which in turn harmoniously integrates the American-style kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and all the necessary amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay.
The modern design of the apartment includes the personalized decoration of each of the five rooms, to give each room its own character. Each room has a spacious double bed.
Likewise, the apartment has three full bathrooms equipped with a shower, two of them located in the hallway of the rooms and the third inside the main room to provide a degree of extra comfort to our guests.
Without a doubt, Malasaña VII is the apartment for groups who want to enjoy a pleasant stay in an unbeatable location, where every detail contributes to an unforgettable experience.
The house has internet access and an individual gas boiler.
The crib is subject to availability. Please give a maximum of 5 days notice.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of EUR 50, which must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: This apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with access restricted to road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
