Malasaña is a dynamic student area with cafés, bakeries, and vintage clothing shops. The neighbourhood's gastronomic offering is very complete and varied. We can find numerous classic lifelong taverns where to enjoy a refreshing beer accompanied by its usual tapa. Terraces are another protagonist of this area. At night, in modern dance and rock music venues, live bands and DJs perform. The Conde Duque cultural centre exhibits artworks and screens outdoor films in its 18th-century rooms and courtyards. The main shopping focus is located on Fuencarral Street. This street, pedestrianised for much of its route, features numerous popular youth and sports fashion brands. Alongside these, we can find other establishments specialising in alternative fashion, retro fashion, tattoos, etc. From the apartment, it is possible to walk to most of Madrid's points of interest: starting a route from Callao Square, you can walk to Puerta del Sol, have a tapa in Plaza Mayor and from there explore the neighbourhoods of La Latina and Las Letras until reaching the Prado Museum. It is the perfect flat for a leisure or business trip.

In the heart of Malasaña, this apartment is located in the centre of Madrid, less than five minutes from the Tribunal and Chueca metro stations. It is a young and modern neighbourhood surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafés.
This apartment is situated on the third floor of a building with a lift, with a capacity for 6 people distributed over 2 floors. The ground floor has a quiet bedroom with windows overlooking the spacious and silent inner courtyard and with a double bed, a complete bathroom with a shower and a bright and cosy living room with a double sofa bed and a modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On the upper floor is the second bedroom with a comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom and with access to a beautiful terrace.
The apartment has been renovated with great taste and with a very special decoration with very modern furniture.
This apartment has free WiFi internet, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

In case of arriving after 7:00 pm, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly in the apartment for the key handover.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
