Located in an old building completely renovated, the apartment is less than five minutes walk from the BULLRING OF LAS VENTAS, Francisco Silvela avenue, Manuel Becerra Square and Alcalá or Goya streets. An excellent location for residents and visitors as it is a highly valued area, very well connected by metro and bus (L2 and L5), full of services such as pharmacies, shops, gyms, market and a great hospitality offer where you can find typical tapas bars with pleasant terraces.
The apartment:
Located on a third floor, the recently renovated apartment with high-quality finishes has fantastic light that comes from a huge and pleasant interior courtyard with views, consisting of 95m2 distributed in a spacious kitchen with dining area at the entrance and adjacent living room, as well as 3 bedrooms, 2 of them double and one individual.
