Located in Barrio de las Letras, traditionally known as Huertas—an area of museums, antique dealers and charming cafes. This is a neighbourhood where any foreigner will feel right at home and eager to soak up the real Madrid.
A safe, central area between Plaza de Neptuno, Calle Atocha and Plaza Mayor. Full of lovely restored buildings, this lively area of Madrid will delight visitors.
The apartment:
Located in a quiet street, this captivating apartment is on the first floor of small building without a lift. It is outward facing and has a separate bedroom. Both the lounge and bedroom have a small balcony overlooking the street and the flat is flooded with light.
Careful attention has been paid to every last detail to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. There is a tasteful combination of colours, high-quality pieces of art andpieces of furniture.
It can sleep three and has a double bed and sofa bed in the lounge, along with a round table next to the kitchen that can be used for reading, eating or chatting.
The lovely, romantic bedroom is next to a full bathroom with a shower at the end.
A delightful choice.This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 200 meters.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
